These following steps are authorized for admins only. If you're not an admin or locked out of your account, please contact another admin or HiSports directly for them to give you a new password.
This process is temporary as we are currently working on the automatic password reset feature.
To reset an account's password, enter your Username (Email Address) and Password at hisports.app and select Office Management.
Navigate to the Accounts Tab and look for the account you are resetting the password for. You can use the filter fields to help you search (by Email Address or Participant).
Tap on Edit.
From there, you can use the Password Field to set a temporary password for the person and tap Save.
